Markham Real Estate Sold Statistics During July 2019

• The average sale price in July 2019 was $949,859.  Up 4% over the same month last year.
• The average sale price to date this year is $923,891.  Down 0.7% over last year.
• The average time it took for a house to sell was 26 days compared to 23 days the month prior and 26 days last July.
• There were 398 total sales last month.  Up 36.8% over the same period last year.
• There were 759 new listings last month.  That’s an increase of 13.8%.
• The total months of inventory was 2.4 compared to 3.86 the month prior.

• The average sold price for detached homes last month was $1,233,382 with 186 homes sold.
• The average sold price for semi-detached homes last month was $818,219 with 31 homes sold.
• The average sold price for townhomes last month was $803,952 with 57 homes sold.
• The average sold price for condo apartments last month was $524,457 with 77 units sold.
